MBP-NX93 system utilizes LVGL (Lightweight Embedded Graphics Library) for an intuitive user interface, leveraging the i.MX93’s built-in GPU to deliver a smooth, low-power experience. The system drives touchscreens that display real-time data such as charging progress, cost, and estimated completion time. LVGL also supports multimedia capabilities, enabling the display of advertisements or information in public spaces, increasing the charging station's value.

A key feature of MBP-NX93 is its full support for OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol), integrated via the Linux platform. OCPP enables seamless communication between the charging station and backend management systems, providing real-time monitoring, cost calculation, and remote control. This integration allows for rapid deployment and interoperability across different backend systems, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in various charging scenarios.

Additionally, MBP-NX93 MCU supports Control Pilot, a crucial function for EV charging safety and efficiency. Control Pilot facilitates real-time communication between the charging station and the vehicle, detecting connection status, negotiating charging current, and dynamically adjusting the charging process for optimal efficiency and safety. It also monitors for anomalies such as overheating or overcurrent and automatically halts charging when necessary, protecting both the system and the vehicle.

These charging stations offer plug-and-play functionality and support remote monitoring through mobile applications, allowing users to track charging status and costs with ease. The flexible design of MBP-NX93 allows for customization to meet specific client needs, displaying real-time data and other relevant information.
